After comparing several Napoleon electric fireplace dealers in the Great Vancouver Area, we bought an 50" Entice here. Derek was super helpful to us, he helped us understand every details of Napoleon Entice 50" and where to set it up to create an aesthetic appealing view with our 65" TV. Super helpful staff for both sales and after sales care. We bought a Dimplex electric fireplace from them, and they were extremely helpful with all our questions. This year, we had a warranty issue with it, and they had all our information on file and forwarded it to Dimplex, who put us in touch with an excellent lower mainland company that did the warranty work. Great service from Derek. Very helpful when Napoleon Prestige 500 Connect BBQ arrived. Great suggestion to get tray liners to assist in easy cleanup Now carrying them in stock. Just picked up the Stainless Steel Griddle insert. It's a beast but works like charm a d now have full flexibility when needed. Highly recommend anyone needing BBQ, go through this team. SO impressed with our experience here - Derek seriously knows his stuff, and is an honest and helpful sales person. Truly a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who wasn't just trying to get us to spend money, but really wanted to understand our vision and stay within a budget that made sense for us. Definitely will be back when it's time for an upgrade!
