We called about a fireplace upgrade as our current gas fireplace was awful. Rick came out and gave us a quote and today not even 2 weeks later it was installed. Cory and Steven were our installers today. The electrician showed up early and the guys a few minutes behind him. They were absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, Knowledgable trustworthy and on time. I felt safe enough to leave them alone and run out for coffee. We had some issues in our wall with the way the old fireplace was installed which caused some issues for the new fireplace, but the guys made it work! Cory sat down with me after the install and explained how the remote worked, and showed me all the features. And best of all they were CLEAN! Left my house in the exact same condition as when they arrived. I’m honestly blown away. 10 out of 10. We LOVE our new fireplace. Brad and Steve

I had them replace my old fireplace. OMG! The service was awesome they came removed the old fireplace installed the new unit ,cleaned up every little bit of mess and took away the old one. The new Savannah fireplace is spectacular so quiet and efficient. I highly recommend the fire place warehouse.

I bought a elite linear fireplace model BL21 from the fireplace warehouse last January. I found that the ignitor stop sparking recently. Sometimes it works after several try and today it stops working at all. I called the fireplace warehouse, I'm very sad that they told me that their installation only have one year warrantee and I have to find some technician to fix it. I'm not sure it is a product problem or an installation problem, but it stops working after several months usage, that's really frustrating. Derek is always helpful. But if you call them, it always a lady. I do hope she can be more than happy to help.

It was a very easy discussion with Derek and we made a quick and simple decision. Jennifer scheduled installation appointments very efficiently and in no time at all, the install crew was in and out of our house in a few hours. We now have a lovely fireplace. We also really enjoy the remote control feature. Great crew and a job well done.
